Two main discount types: Multi-Class Discounts (discounts when a student takes multiple classes) and Sibling/Family Discounts (discounts when multiple children from the same family are enrolled). Both can be configured independently with different rules.
Multi-class discounts apply when a single student is enrolled in multiple classes. You set up tiers, e.g., 2 classes = 5% off, 3 classes = 10% off, 4+ classes = 15% off. The discount applies to each class fee based on the total number of classes.
Three modes available: Tiered (e.g., 2nd child 10% off, 3rd child 15% off), Fixed Per Child (flat discount per additional child, e.g., $10 off per sibling), or Family Cap (maximum total the family pays regardless of children/classes, e.g., $200/week max).
Two calculation modes: 'Best Price Wins' compares all discount options and automatically picks the lowest total for the family. 'Stacking' allows combining multiple discounts (e.g., package + multi-class + sibling) with configurable stacking rules.
By default, no. Trial enrolments are excluded from both multi-class and sibling discount calculations. This can be changed in the Discount Rules settings if you want trials to count toward discounts.
Go to Pricing > Preview in the sidebar. Select a family to see their current calculated pricing including all applicable discounts. This helps you explain billing to families and verify pricing is correct.
Siblings are ordered by date of birth (oldest first) for consistent, deterministic discount application. This ensures the same family always gets the same discount calculation regardless of the order students were added.
