Parents can: view their children's profiles and update information, see class schedules and upcoming sessions, browse available classes and request enrolments, submit trial requests, view attendance records, access billing and pricing information, manage payment methods, redeem make-up credits (if enabled), and book private lessons with teachers.
Parents access the portal through your studio's special link containing your unique Location ID. Parents log in with their username (usually email) and password. After registration through a public form, parents can immediately access their portal.
Yes! Go to Settings and scroll to Parent Portal Settings. You can enable or disable features like: viewing billing information, browsing available classes, self-enrolling in classes, managing students, and more. Disabled features are hidden from the parent portal navigation.
If billing is enabled in your settings, parents see a Billing section showing their current class fees with a detailed breakdown. This includes base prices, any applied discounts (multi-class, sibling, packages), and the final calculated amount. They can also view payment history and manage payment methods.
If enabled, parents can update their children's photos, medical notes, emergency contacts, and other details through the parent portal. Changes are reflected immediately in the system and visible to teachers when marking attendance.
Parents can browse classes and submit trial requests for their children. They select the class and preferred date. The request appears in your Trials page for review. You can approve (creates a trial enrolment), decline, or contact the family for more information.
