The Website Widget and Website Snippet for the Class Manager module have been retired for now. These tools are no longer functional and will soon be removed from the class manager module, but don’t worry—there are simple, reliable ways for your customers to book classes.
All recurring class enrolments and trials are now completed through your Parent Portal in the Class Manager Module.
Parents head to your Parent Portal link.
They create an account or log in to their existing one.
They browse your class calendars and book their recurring class directly from the portal.
This process keeps everything connected properly—parents, students, attendance, and billing—so your Classes run smoothly.
If you’re running something that doesn’t require families to create an account first—like workshops, holiday programs, special events or casual sessions—then the Class Manager module isn’t the right tool.
Instead, use the Events/Appointments feature in My Studio Manager.
Events/Appointments is made for quick, one-off registrations and works beautifully without requiring customers to log in. Because this tool already exists in a stable and fully functional form, it doesn’t make sense to recreate this inside the Class Manager module. This allows us to keep our development focus on improving and expanding the recurring class enrolment system.
Yes! The Class Manager widget and snippet will return in the future. For now, our priority is getting all core Class Manager features as strong and stable as possible before bringing the widget/snippet back.
