You can now create, sell, send, track and redeem Gift Cards directly inside My Studio Manager. Gift Cards act as a flexible prepaid balance that customers can purchase for themselves or others, or that your studio can issue for loyalty, compensation, refunds or promotions.
This feature includes the following capabilities:
Gift Card Products can be created from:
Payments → Gift Cards → Gift Card Products
When creating a Gift Card Product, you can set:
Gift card name, description, terms & conditions
Option to attach a redemption link in emails
Expiry date (optional; applies to all Gift Card Orders created from that product)
Artwork and branding (custom upload or build your own gradient)
Multiple denominations with per-denomination inventory
Automatic taxes using the Gift Card tax category (optional)
Optional categorisation using “Categories”
Preview of the gift card before creating it
Gift Card Products can be edited, archived or deactivated anytime.
When deactivated, Sell and Send actions are disabled, and the product’s dedicated checkout link or Store listing stops working immediately.
If the gift card product was added to other checkouts (forms, funnels etc.), it will continue selling unless manually removed.
Inventory applies individually to each denomination (e.g., inventory of 100 = 100 per denomination).
Only automatic taxes with a fixed category are supported.
Gift Cards are created during the final step of the setup process.
Every Gift Card Product automatically includes a dedicated checkout page in Test Mode and Live Mode.
Studios can sell through:
Dedicated Checkout Link (unique per product)
Embed Code (add checkout to any website page)
QR Code (directs to the gift card checkout page)
Existing Checkouts, including:
Funnels (One-step & Two-step)
Forms (Sell Product)
Payment Links
Invoices
Stores
Calendar Payments (if supported)

“Someone Else” captures both recipient and purchaser details
Purchaser receives the receipt, recipient receives the Gift Card

Scheduled Gift Card Orders remain inactive until the chosen delivery time, but the code can still be used if accessed early.
Gift Cards purchased in Test Mode can only be redeemed in Test Mode.
Gift Cards purchased in Live Mode can only be redeemed in Live Mode.
Gift cards purchased from checkouts operating in Test Mode will also be Test Mode gift cards.
When sold through existing checkouts, the gift card is delivered to the buyer’s email address.
Studios can issue gift cards directly via the Send flow in Live Mode.
This is useful for issuing compensation, rewards, or promotional credit.

Gift Cards sent through this method appear under Gift Card Orders, not under Payments → Orders.
Sending is only available in Live Mode.
You can only send one gift card to one customer at a time.
Sending a gift card reduces inventory.
A new Gift Card Orders tab appears under Payments → Gift Cards once the first gift card is sold or sent.
This page lists:
All sold or sent gift cards

Balances
Customer details
Each order is clickable and opens a detailed page showing:
Purchaser information
