My Studio Manager uses separate tabs for students on trial and for parents.
Trial Records
- The Trial Records tab shows all students currently on trial, including each student’s trial end date, remaining trial days and status.
- Use this view to follow up with students and encourage them to enrol permanently.
You can also set the status of your trial lessons from this screen. If the list is empty then you do not have any trials in the system.
