Gauging the effectiveness of your WhatsApp Templates is key to optimising your communication strategies. These insights will give you a comprehensive view of their strengths and weaknesses to minimise your expenses and ensure customer retention. So, let's get right into it.
Start by navigating to the Templates tab inside the Whatsapp section of your settings.
Search for the template and click “Reports”
This will show you the insights for the selected template, which are divided into Deliverability and Button Clicks.
This will offer you data on the effectiveness of your template, including details on how many messages you've sent, how many have been delivered, and how many were opened. To access these metrics click on Deliverability then select Start Date and End Date
These let you analyse the performance of templates categorised as MARKETING or UTILITY based on the amount of interaction they receive. To access them click on Button Clicks.
