Thank you for joining me in the Opportunities tutorial. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to add a new opportunity in My Studio Manager.
Tracking your potential clients is key to growing your studio. And the Opportunities feature helps you stay organised throughout the sales process.
We’ll cover how to manually add an opportunity, update them using workflow automations, and create opportunities directly from a conversation. To manually add an opportunity, go to the Opportunities section of the platform.
Once there, click on the Add Opportunity button in the top right corner. You’ll see a form where you can input key details, including the client’s name, contact information, and the stage of the pipeline they’re currently in.
You can also assign this opportunity to a team member, set an expected closing date, and even add a potential value to track its importance.
Once you’re done, hit Save to create the opportunity. Another way to create and update opportunities automatically is by using the add/update opportunity action in your workflows.
This allows you to trigger the creation or update of an opportunity based on specific actions, like a new form submission or when a lead schedules an appointment.
To set this up, go to your workflows section, choose or create the workflow you want, and add the add/update opportunity action.
From there, you can assign the opportunity to the appropriate pipeline and stage, ensuring your leads are automatically tracked without any manual input.
You can also create an opportunity directly from a conversation. When you’re in the Conversations tab and you’re interacting with a potential client through SMS or email, simply click the Create Opportunity button in the conversation thread.
This allows you to immediately assign them to a pipeline and track the lead right from the conversation screen, without needing to navigate away.
One important feature is the ability to add and view notes on an opportunity. To access notes, simply click on any opportunity in the pipeline.
Inside the Opportunity View, you’ll see a notes section where you can add updates, follow-up reminders, or important details about the client’s needs.
Keeping detailed notes helps you stay organized and ensure that your follow-ups are personalized and timely. After adding opportunities, you can manage them in the Opportunities section.
The Pipeline View helps you track each client’s progress and you can easily move opportunities from one stage to another by dragging and dropping them.
This way, you’ll always have an overview of where your potential clients are in the sales process, allowing you to follow up at the right time.
That’s how you add and manage opportunities in My Studio Manager. Whether you’re manually creating them, using automation to streamline the process, or adding opportunities from conversations, the platform gives you everything you need to stay on top of your sales pipeline.
And don’t forget to make use of the notes section for each opportunity to keep track of important client details.
If you have any questions or need help, feel free to reach out. Thank you for joining me. I’ll see you next time.
