Hello and welcome to the QR code generator tutorial. In this tutorial, we’ll guide you through how to create and customize a QR code in My Studio Manager.
QR codes can be used to share your studio’s website, review pages, or other key resources with your clients. Let’s walk through the process.
To create your QR code, start by navigating to the Site section from the left-hand menu. Under Sites, you’ll find the QR codes option.
Click on Create QR Code. Next, you’ll need to select what type of QR code you want to generate. You have a few options depending on what you’d like to share with your clients.
For example, you can link the QR code to your studio’s website or review page. To link it to your website, select Website as the QR type and enter your website URL.
If you’d prefer to link it to your review page, select Review Link and choose the specific review page you want clients to be directed to.
Now, you can customize your QR code to match your studio’s branding. Change the color, shape, and form of the QR code.
Add a center logo to make the QR code visually unique. You can also upload a background image to personalize it further.
Once you’re happy with the design, click Save to generate your QR code. You can then download it as a PNG file for use in your marketing materials.
Whether printed flyers, posters, or digital campaigns. After your QR code is being used, you can track its performance by going back to Sites > QR Codes > Analytics.
Here, you’ll be able to see how many people have scanned your QR code, including total scans and unique scans. This gives you insight into how effective your QR code is in reaching your clients.
