Welcome to the Reputation section. Here, you’ll be able to manage the reputation of your business online. You can also send review requests, manage invite goals, see the average ratings, and be able to see and visualise the reviews that you’ve received.
I highly recommend going to the settings section first and fill out the various details that you need to set up to get your review reputation section working.
These are going to include SMS review, email review requests, and the review link. Make sure you have connected your Google and your Facebook account in order to send the review links.
Let’s do a quick overview. When you click on Reputation on the left-hand side of your navigation, you’ll land on this page.
Here you can sort by your reviews or the past six months, last week, this year. You can see your invite goal, the reviews received, and the overall sentiment of the reviews that your business has been receiving.
This is going to include Google as well as Facebook. You’ll then be able to see the average rating. You may or may not see the ability to activate listings.
You can see an invite trend over the last couple of selected dates. The review trend on how people have reviewed you, the latest review request that you’ve sent out, and what the latest reviews look like.
So, how do you get the reviews?
You get the review by sending review requests. You can click on Send Review Request, find the contact you want to target, make sure that the contact information is correct, and then you can send an SMS or email request.
You will have to have this enabled in your account in order to send SMS or email. Once you’re happy with the settings, you can send review requests.
This is why we recommend going to the settings section first so that you optimise the messaging for your SMS or your email before sending.
The next section is Request. Here you’ll be able to see the invite and who it was sent to, what the email and phone number were, who sent it, whether or not it was you or other users in your account, the date sent, the status of that review on whether or not they actually submitted the review after you sent the request, if it needs a retry, and what action needs to be taken.
The next section are the Reviews in which you can see the reviews that your business has received, and then you have a Review Widget.
This is completely customisable in which you can create a new review widget, edit the widget, and then embed it on your website.
This is to help visualise and empower your business in the eyes of the people viewing your site. You can then select your widget type, whether it’s grid view, mason view, whether or not you want people to be able to write a review, and once you’re happy with all those details, you can then copy that link and paste it on your website.
You may or may not have access to the Listings section, and of course the last section is Settings.
