Welcome to Media Storage. Inside this account, you’ll be able to organise and edit each one of the file types throughout your account.
This Media Storage section is accessible through most tools inside of your account. Whether or not you’re inside of the contact section, the marketing section for emails, or you’re editing a website.
You can then click on New Upload, either upload a folder, or upload a new file, and when you create a new folder, it will show inside of your account.
Once the folders are created, you can double-click, land inside the folder and upload individual media. You can insert individual media that you have already uploaded by the file name, organised by the modified date, and organised in a list or square view.
When you organize into the list view, you’ll be able to visualize the uploaded date, the file size, and take individual actions.
When we click on the actions or the three dots on the right-hand side, we can either get a link, move to a folder, rename it or download, and of course, delete the file.
When we get the link, this will copy it to a clipboard, and then you can paste that link and make it viewable inside of websites, and of course, you can send that link to individuals if you need to share a file type.
I will then take this copied link, go to Google and paste it inside of my search engine. This will then populate that particular file.
This is a quick way to share files with your internal team or external leads and customers. Additionally, inside the square view, you can then hover over an item, click on the download button, and it will download it to your account.
Once downloaded, it will be redirected to that page and downloaded to your computer. In the upper left-hand corner, you also have the ability to sort by your media, search for backgrounds, search for Unsplash and Pixabay as license-free media.
Once inside of this section, you can then search and see what images show up and download them to your account.
You then click on the three dots and you can either add the image to your media or copy the link to use anywhere online.
Depending on your account type you may have access to creating images and files using AI. That button will be enabled in the upper right-hand corner.
