Welcome to the e-mails tool. When you hover over the e-mails tool, you’ll see campaigns and templates. Right now, you can see the title of this particular campaign when it was last updated, if there’s an execution date, and in this case, this is a draft, but this may be scheduled or sent.
You can also click the three dots on the far right hand side of your campaign, and preview the campaign, move it to a folder, clone it, archive it for later, or of course, delete.
You also have the ability to store your campaigns by recent or in ListView. There is a search bar that is available for your campaigns and filters where you can filter the campaign list by this status.
At the very top, you have a couple of buttons. One is to create a folder. When you click that, you’ll be able to name your folder.
Next is a button to create a new campaign. When you click that page, you’ll be presented with a template chooser or selector page.
Here, you can choose the blank template or any other pre-built templates that you have available. Last but not least, you have a settings gear box icon.
Let’s click that. Inside the settings, you’ll be presented with the attribution. The pre-selected attribution window is five days, through which a default of a five day attribution will be available and of course you can customise it to additional days to track if someone returns back to the email and purchases through that email link up to the selected attribution window.
You can attribute to all campaigns or only campaigns with products.
Don’t forget to hit save. Next you have verified sender emails. To verify an email, click on the verify an email button, enter in the email address that you want to verify, and then enter the verification OTP code here, and click verify.
Sender preferences can be set here, where in which the test emails that you send out from your campaign builder can be pre-selected to auto fill in each time you set up your campaign to save on some manual time spent.
You can also use custom values here. Next, you have your font selector. You can add any additional fonts that are available by finding the font name, selecting it, and clicking add font.
Last but not least, inside the setting section, you have tracking. You can select your tracking modes by turning on click performance tracking. When enabled, this would track all clicks for the campaigns or in addition, turn on UTM tracking.
You can add specific UTM details and add custom UTM parameters. Don’t forget to click save.
