To connect My Studio Manager with Jackrabbit follow these simple steps.
Make sure you have reached out to our support team to enable the jackrabbit app on your account. Once the app has been installed you can proceed to step 2.
In My Studio Manager head to your settings→ Business Profile and copy the LOCATION ID
In Jackrabbit go to your settings → General Settings → CRM Settings and paste in your LOCATION ID
Decide if you want to include or not include Lead contacts
Click the Sync Contacts In CRM button and your connection should be complete.
Once the sync has started your contacts from inside Jackrabbit will start to appear in your contacts list and will be automatically tagged. Currently this seems to be the extent of the integration - We will update this guide as features are added by Jackrabbit.
