Appointment dashboard widgets are a powerful tool designed to enhance data management and scheduling efficiency. These widgets provide a clear, organized view of your upcoming appointments, helping you stay on top of your calendar and ensuring that important meetings or deadlines are never missed. Navigate to your account Dashboard from the left sidebar then select the pencil icon to begin editing the Dashboard.
Click “Add Widget”, then expand the Appointments section.
Select the appropriate widget based on your scheduling needs. Some options include viewing the total upcoming appointments for the next week, the total appointments created in the last month, and the number of showed appointments in a selected time frame.
Next, choose your preferred chart type for displaying the data. Available options include numeric, donut, line, bar, horizontal bar, and table formats. These charts allow you to visualize the data seamlessly.
Customize the widget by entering a personalized name in the title section. Additionally, select the desired metric from the dropdown menu and access the advanced settings for further customization options.
Navigate to the Conditions tab to define additional criteria that appointments must meet for their data to be displayed on your dashboard.
Once all the necessary adjustments have been made, click the save button to populate the widget with the relevant data.
Finally, resize and rearrange your widgets according to your needs, then click the Save Changes button.
The newly added widgets will now appear on your dashboard, offering a comprehensive view of your upcoming appointments.
