The Reputation tab is where you manage your reviews improving your relationship with your contacts, and the Review settings allow you to personalize and brand the review requests messages and automated responses.
NOTE: Depending on your user permissions, you may not have access to all of the components.
This allows you to control the Reviews AI behavior and parameters.
In this section, you can manage or disable the AI aid for your automated responses.

This is where you select the time frame for sending reply.

This is where to configure the settings for the Automated responses including which reviews to respond to, the time for the responses, and the footer to include.

Here you can select the review link to send your customers with your requests.

Choose a review source from Google, Facebook, or a custom link, by selecting the preferred platform for collecting customer feedback.
Additionally, for the Custom link, you can integrate multiple pages, allowing you to collect reviews from a single link.

In the SMS Review Requests section, users can modify their review request SMS to better align with their company's messaging, also can change the template. To activate custom SMS messages, users can toggle the switch.

Users can review and manage your SMS template. Users can view real-time previews of any changes made to the SMS in the Preview SMS Changes section and can also create new templates.

The behavior of review requests can be customized based on user preference. Users can choose between sending review requests instantly and just once or scheduling them based on their needs.
In the Email Review Requests section, users can modify their review request SMS to better align with their company's messaging. To activate custom email, users can toggle the switch.

Choose when to send this SMS/Email after your customer "checks in". You have a few pre-defined options, you can either send the message immediately, in the listed hours or you can choose "custom" to set your timeframe.

This will set up the frequency of the email to be sent out to the contact until they respond. This automation will stop when the intended contact clicks on the links in the SMS/Email.

You can also assign a maximum number of retries so the system does not continuously send this email forever.

This Section allows to edit the email template according to customer type. Users can also create a new Email Template of their choice

Users can check their repeated and scheduled email in this section

Users can review their unedited or drafted emails in this section, they can edit and change

By clicking on the three dots icon you can access the options for such as editing, deleting, or previewing or cloning the templates

You can connect to your customers using whatapp, send them updates and create engaging interaction with them

Users can easily create and customize their QR codes to send it to the customers by clicking the create QR code option

Users can download and send the QR code in PDF form to their customers by going in Create QR code and than clicking the Download option

Users can create a QR code of their choice by changing the color,text and footer of the QR Code and than can also review the edit.

Users can Delete,Edit and Download the previously made QR code by clicking the three dots action column

The Smart Spam Detection feature automatically identifies and flags potential spam reviews, protecting your online reputation.
Controlled AI Replies: AI-generated replies will not be sent for flagged reviews. This ensures genuine feedback receives the appropriate response.
Managing Flagged Reviews: You can review flagged content, marking genuine reviews as "Not Spam" if necessary, giving you full control over what gets published.
